Domestic orders are typically shipped within 2 business days and are usually delivered within 3-4 days from date of shipment for most destinations within the US. International orders will be shipped within 2 business days and delivery times will vary. Once a package tracks as delivered, we cannot be responsible for replacing it if stolen or missing. 

Returns

CURRENTLY OFFERING FREE RETURNS

Sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged, we get it! We will accept and process a return or exchange for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be from Löyly Active, in their original, unworn and clean condition with ALL tags attached. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, in clean condition, free of any marks, stains, makeup and deodorant. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected upon return.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to Support@LoylyActive.com letting us know what you want to return. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Löyly Active is not responsible for lost returns.

Original shipping costs are non- refundable.

Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.

All items marked down are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
